Stephanie helped us purchase a home over the length of a year because when my wife and I first entered the market it didn't feel quite "right."
She worked with at least one seller that didn't seem to like realtors and communicated with/coordinated with 10 to 15 sellers before we found the house we bought. And this was during the absolute crazy market that was the first half of 2021 in NE Florida. And halfway through the whole thing we had to find a new lender due to a poorly scheduled appraisal.
Then once we found our home to buy Stephanie sold our house in approximately three days. She got top quality photos, arranged an open house, spoke to 50 different parties between Saturday and Sunday and coordinated multiple back-and-forth issues with the buyers due to an insurance concern.
All told the process related to Stephanie was stress free. The overall process had it's ups and downs but Stephanie is an open communicator and an aggressive advocate for her clients. I hope to never move again but if I do I'll be calling Stephanie first.

My list was no small feat, but she found me the home of my dreams. The first two days I met Stephanie she spent 10 hours days with not just myself and children, but also my parents. What do you like most about living in NE Florida? My husband and I grew up in Jacksonville and were high school sweethearts. We got married in Saint Augustine at the Oldest House (literally the oldest house in the United States) and had our reception at the Casa Monica. We love this beautiful city! We are so proud to now have the opportunity to raise our children in this wonderful area with top notch A-rated schools. Although the area has definitely changed and grown up since we lived here in the 90's, it is still so much fun to reminisce and make new memories as well. Living in a historic city near the ocean provides the opportunity for learning and fun all year round!
Interesting information about you: I have an active motorcycle license, though I don't ride right now…gave it up when I had my children because of the danger, but I do miss it and hope to ride again someday. I have been to almost every continent in my prior career as a Global Marketing Manager. I advocate for adults with special needs through my non-profit 501(c)(3) Strong Like Steve Foundation, Inc and am a life-long volunteer for the Special Olympics and various other events for the special needs community.
